When Capitaliz founder, Craig West, first started exit and succession planning in 2009, there were limited tools and a large opportunity to help business owners map out the best course of action to maximize business value and achieve a successful exit.
Through his advisory work with Succession Plus, the largest business succession and exit planning firm in Asia-Pacific, Craig gathered tools, templates and checklists used with nearly 800 businesses to form the five stage, 21-Step process became the core methodology which underpins Capitaliz.
Efforts to digitize the process, simplify plan management, and enhance accessibility for both advisors and business owners, became Capitaliz.
